ICC CERTIFICATION
Our ICC Inspection Courses provide the necessary training and education to prepare students to become certified Inspectors through the International Code Council (ICC).
The objective of these courses will be to cover all pertinent material related to the ICC examination and all subjects needed to achieve satisfactory knowledge of the relevant codes and standards necessary for competence during the inspection and evaluation of new and existing one and two family dwellings as well as commercial buildings.
Our ICC courses are taught by an ICC Certified Inspector who holds the Building Inspector Certification as well as all the Supplemental Certifications. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
Duties performed by ICC Certified Inspectors include:

Inspection of structural and nonstructural installations for compliance to codes and specifications which can be found in all levels of complexity in commercial and residential buildings alike.

Advise the general public in matters relating to residential and commercial buildings.

Investigate and inspect existing buildings when complaints are filed to determine if any hazardous or illegal conditions exist or have potential to exist.

Write reports, issue “Notice to correct code violations”, issue “Stop Work” notices and testify in court regarding code violations.
